Course Description
This Instructor-led training (ILT) provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to utilize RUCKUS AI to analyze incidents and trends in their wireless and wired networks. This course includes a mixture of courseware as well as hands-on lab exercises.

Course Objectives:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to:
- Identify the capabilities and features of RUCKUS AI
- Identify platforms that utilize RUCKUS AI
- Manage incidents and perform root cause analysis utilizing RUCKUS AI
- Identify the types of changes RUCKUS AI can perform on the network
- Analyze changes with config change tool
- Understand differences and perform tests using Video Call QoE and Service Validation
- Analyze data shown in Zone, Wireless Clients top 100, and Wireless Client reports
- Analyze data shown in AP list and Wi-Fi networks list reports
- Understand RUCKUS AI’s capabilities for switch reporting and configurations
- Utilize DataStudio to create customized dashboards targeting specific datasets and filters
- Create and schedule generated reports
- Understand User Management access to RUCKUS AI utilizing RBAC and Resource Groups
- Configure RUCKUS AI alerting and notification features
